How should I prepare for my first treatment?
There are a few things we would like to recommend for your first mobile massage treatment:
1. Be hydrated and use the restroom before starting the treatment to avoid interruptions.
2. Eat lightly.
3. Most people like to take a shower and wear loose and comfortable clothing before starting the treatment.
4. Please fill out the health form which you will receive via e-mail after you book online. Please communicate with your therapist about your preferences, needs expectations and so on.
5. Please relax during your massage and enjoy every bit of it!

What should I expect from my first session?
Most commonly, people feel relaxed and light. You will feel less tension, aches and pains. Massage helps to circulate the fluid in your body to eliminate toxins which helps you to feel more energized after couple of days. It is important to keep hydrated after every massage treatment. Water and herbal teas are always good options. Try to avoid caffeine and alcohol.
Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?
Yes, massage therapy is a very soothing and effective way to reduce some of the physical and emotional stress that patients go through with medical treatments. A gentle massage treatment can provide comfort, relaxation to help alleviate pain and stress.
Is it rude to fall asleep during a massage?
Definitely not rude. We take it as a huge compliment and makes us so happy to see that you are relaxed!
Do I have to talk with the therapist during a massage?
We prefer to keep our treatments tranquil and quiet so we encourage silence. We want you to relax and enjoy the treatment.
Can massages help headaches and migraines?
Many times, scalp and facial massage help with migraines and loosening up tense muscles in the jaws, neck, shoulders and back help to reduce tension headaches.
If I have a rash or wart should I tell my therapist?
Yes, please let them know right away.
