Cancellation Policy
As our clinic continues to expand, it is crucial that we prioritize the protection of our practitioners from the inconvenience of late cancellations and no-shows. In order to address this issue, we will be implementing cancellation policy..

1. A no-show protection policy will be introduced, requiring credit card information when booking appointments. Your credit card information is encrypted and securely stored by our payment processor (Square Up) and I or anyone else do not have access to view or retrieve this information.
2. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

If you cancel your appointment 6 hours or less before your scheduled appointment or do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
